Sardegna is one of Europe’s most stunning climbing destinations, known for its turquoise coastline, wild limestone cliffs, and sun-drenched landscapes. The region around Cala Gonone, on the island’s east coast, offers a perfect mix of single-pitch sport climbing, potential multi-pitch adventures, and idyllic rest-day options. Expect high-quality rock, short approaches, and seaside crags with unforgettable views.

We will focus on the nicest routes, adapted to your level, while at the same time teaching skills related to climbing technique and tactics, sport climbing or multi-pitch climbing, all while spending a wonderful week together. If a rest day is needed, then there are amazing beaches, beautiful hikes, wonderful Agritourismo and lovely small villages close to the sea waiting for you to be discovered.

Independent vs guided participants

We offer two different prices depending on whether you are independent participant or one that needs guiding. An independent participant will benefit from the accomodation, food, local travel, but will receive only minor guiding instructions. This means that we will suggest climbing areas or routes, help with the local travel, but we will not supervise your climbing.

In contrast, the guided participants receive our full attention. We will supervise your climbing, give tips and tricks, provide in-field teaching in order to help you progress towards becoming an independent climber, put up the topropes for you, and if possible, take you on multi-pitch adventures.

Requirements for being an independent climber:

  • you can safely lead and belay outdoors yourself
  • you are able to climb independently
  • you are able to evaluate the safety aspects of a climb

An independent climber is responsible for his or her own safety and HiFive insurance will not be responsible if an independent climber has an accident during an unsupervised climb.

After the booking deadline, we will reach out to you and all other participants to coordinate travel plans and, if necessary, discuss options if the minimum number of participants has not been met.
