Organization and Communication

We will send you a confirmation email after you registered (please check your spam folder). Several days before the offer begins, we will reach out to you and all other participants to coordinate travel plans and, if necessary, discuss options if the minimum number of participants has not been met. We will finalize details such as the meeting point, equipment, travel, and other organizational information.

Travel and accommodation

Travel and accommodation will be organized shortly before the trip when we know the final number of participants. For travel we are generally car pooling. The additional costs for car pooling will be calculated based on petrol expenses (and potentially a bottle of wine for the driver or the likes). Depending on the participants, it is also possible to rent a minibus. In this case the total costs for the minibus will be around 400 € and shared among the participants.

For accommodation we offer two options. The first option is shared accommodation in either an apartment or a house, potentially also camping depending on the time of the year. This will imply shared bedrooms for participants. It is also possible to ask for single room, which then adds a surcharge. Please inform us during your booking. The second option is that participants can choose their own accommodation, if they want to stay e.g. in a hotel. In this case they would need to also travel by themselves.

Bad weather policy

In case of bad weather we generally have two options:
1) Change the course location. As alternatives we would then offer Gerolstein, Pfalz or Freyr. All areas are maximum two hours drive away from Luxembourg.
2) As stated in our General Terms of Conditions, the organizer reserves the right to terminate the contract if, before the start of the course/excursion, the weather conditions cannot guarantee that the course/excursion can be carried out safely. The customer will then be refunded the price for services not received.

Material needed

You can download the required material list here.

Conducting the course with fewer than the minimum number of participants

If you want, then the course can still take place, even if there are fewer than the minimum number of participants. In this case a surcharge will apply.
