Coaching Philosophy: My main focus has always been bouldering and lead climbing, but I recently started to develop a serious passion for alpinism. As a climbing enthusiast and licensed physiotherapist, I combine the best of both. Apart from climbing rocks and chasing grades, I prioritizes long-term growth and well-being. Join me on this journey where I'll help you improve your climbing skills, focus on your well-being, and, of course, do it all while having fun and enjoying nature. I started coaching climbers in 2016.

Coaching Philosophy : My objective is to take you closer towards achieving your dreams in climbing. I am totally passionate about all styles of climbing, from the boulders of Fontainebleau, the sea cliffs of southern France, to long days in the mountains in mixed terrain. I love to teach and share my knowledge of the state-of-the art safety, technique and training methods to help you improve and achieve your own potential. I have been coaching climbers since 1998.

Coaching philosophy: Everyone is able to achieve great goals if they have the right motivation and the necessary support. I love to help climbers develop according to their personal goals irrespective of their climbing level. To figure out one's goals and support the progress towards these goals is one of the most exciting parts of being a coach. My experience in coaching goes back to 2007.
